Established Patients
If you are an established patient experiencing an urgent neurological concern, please call our office. We make every effort to offer same-day or next-available appointments with one of our Advanced Practice Providers when scheduling permits.
New Patients
New patient appointments with Dr. Juan C. Lacayo are available by referral and are scheduled based on provider availability and clinical appropriateness. Our scheduling team will review your referral and contact you with the earliest available appointment.
If your referring provider believes your condition requires expedited neurological evaluation, they are encouraged to contact our office directly for clinical review.
